Inverted perspectives on eugenics

Somebody recommended I visit www.thoughtware.tv and check out some of their videos.   It’s revolting that they include a presentation by the notorious anti-white hate-monger Tim Wise.  But I did take the time to watch the following video, also on YouTube:

It is clear that the narrator is, for the most part, opposed to James Watson’s views on eugenics.  I found it particularly interesting that some of the “leftist” stances against eugenics would normally be considered “conservative”.  It is Watson advocating change and leftists (or at least what I would call “leftists”) arguing for leaving nature alone and retaining the status quo.  It is Watson saying there is nothing sacred about our D.N.A., and that we should definitely tweak it, and leftists implying that our D.N.A. is sacred and shouldn’t be messed with.  It is Watson advocating equality and fairness while leftists tout the virtues of diversity in intellect, personality and capabilities.
At one point, an anti-eugenics, manic-depressed woman (who happens to be a professor and accomplished author) tells us that it is unacceptable to insult somebody’s D.N.A., and that nobody has the right to tell her not to have children.  I couldn’t help but wonder if she holds the same opinions when it comes to whites being constantly told to refrain from having children.  Does she get upset over this too?  I doubt it.
It was interesting watching the same woman tell us how important diversity is, even as forces much more powerful than herself are working toward the elimination of her own race from the face of the Earth.  She probably supports those forces with vigor.
There was one conversation that I found somewhat disturbing.  When they were interviewing the family with the mongoloid child, the father described an experience at the beach and the joy he, and his son, felt when the child was able to ride a wave on his own.  For some reason, I was reminded of the countless white people I’ve noticed who are accompanied by dogs.  As I’ve been out and about, enjoying what little Summer we have here in Oregon, I’ve seen them everywhere.  Lots of overweight (apparently) single white men spending quality time with their dogs.  Lots of older (possibly single) white women with dogs and yes, even families with dogs.  The dogs obviously give their masters much pleasure.  I wonder how much difference there is, in their innermost minds, between the pleasure they get from their dogs and the pleasure the parent of a mongoloid child gets from his child.  If I were to walk up to a single-man-with-dog and offer him a mongoloid child (of his own – let’s assume, for argument’s sake, that it’s possible) to replace his dog, would he accept the offer?  The answer is, of course, “no”.  So, not to diminish the humanity of the mongoloid child, but wouldn’t those parents have been just as happy had they aborted the baby and got a dog instead?*
And this brings me to another point, aren’t leftists supposed to be pro-choice?  It seems to me that, when it comes to eugenics, the Left attaches a lot of value to kids who have not been born yet, while the eugenics-friendly right (granted, only a small segment of the right) is more willing to sacrifice them.
As for Watson, I was galled by his claim, at the end, that he is not concerned about insulting anybody, that all he cares about is telling the truth.  This certainly did not seem to be the case when he grovelled at the feet of the morons of the world, back in 2007, when he let slip a “hate-fact” about Africans.
*Yes, I realize how offensive this comment of mine will be to a lot of readers;  I’m not saying that a dog is the same as a handicapped child, just that one reminded me of the other in certain ways.

White identity versus cults

There is precious little literature on race and cult membership.  The fact that so little seems to have been written about any correlation implies that whites are more likely to join cults than other races.  This is because, if blacks (for example) were more likely to join cults, we would certainly be hearing about it – very frequently.  There are only two reasons for such silence:  1)  All races are equally vulnerable to cults or 2)  Whites are more vulnerable to cults.  Since it is difficult to imagine racial parity in such matters, nor is there any logical reason to expect it, we are left with reason #2.
But in The Appeal of the Cults, Roger Fleming writes:

A typical cult member is white (although color or race restrictions are not characteristic of the cults); he or she is from the middle or upper‑middle class of society in this country‑, he or she usually has at least some college education or is a potential college student, and he or she has had at least a nominally religious upbringing.

Much has been written about why people join cults, but it mostly boils down to craving a sense of belonging.  Why would whites be more likely to join cults?  There are, no doubt, various factors that come into play, but the fact that whites are not allowed to derive a sense of belonging from their own race/ethnic group certainly leaves a void.  I know, from my own personal experience, that Jews who leave Judaism will often pounce from Judaism directly into the arms of another religion.  This religion is often Liberalism.  Sometimes it is Christianity.  If they are exposed to a cult at the crucial moment, then they are likely to join the cult.  A person who abandons a religion will usually have no intention of also giving up his sense of belonging – and yet it was precisely his religion that had, until that point, most likely provided his sense of belonging.  He will seek a substitute.
Primates are tribal creatures and humans are no exception.  I have written about this previously.  A tribe provides a sense of belonging, with all its trappings.  To say that all humans belong to the same tribe (or race) means nothing.  It is like saying all mammals belong to the same class; it does nothing to erase the distinctions between sloths and giraffes, and the wildebeest that stresses its commonality with the lion will soon find itself at the wrong end of a meal.
By depriving whites of their natural sense of ethnic/racial identity, the hostile elite makes them easy prey to cults in all their forms.

The last survivor of the infamous Bataan March dies at 105

It’s sobering to think that Albert Brown was not much younger than I when the Japanese forced him, and 78,000 other U.S. and Filipino soldiers, malnourished and sickly, to march 65 miles to the prison camp.  This was in early 1942 and, after his release, doctors told him not to expect to live more than a decade due to the damage he had sustained through beatings, malnutrition and disease.
His story is told, albeit briefly, at History.com:

Born in 1905 in North Platte, Nebraska, Albert Neir Brown was enrolled in ROTC during high school and while attending dental school. Called to active duty in 1937, he reported to Minneapolis’ Fort Snelling, leaving behind his wife, his three children and his practice. In 1941 Brown shipped out to the Philippines, where on December 7—the day of the Pearl Harbor attack—the Japanese army launched a three-month offensive against Allied forces known as the Battle of Bataan.
Weakened by intense fighting and dwindling food supplies, 78,000 American and Filipino troops surrendered to the Japanese on April 9, 1942. Their captors forced them on a torturous 65-mile trek to a Japanese prison camp, shooting or beheading those who stumbled or fell behind the column. Violence, exhaustion, starvation and disease claimed the lives of an estimated 11,000 men in just six days. After the war, the Japanese general who led the infamous Bataan Death March would be charged with crimes against humanity and executed for his role in the numerous fatalities.
Nearly 40 when he trudged through the Philippines, Brown watched as scores of younger men perished around him, secretly documenting the ordeal with a nub of pencil and tiny tablet he hid in the lining of his bag. He then spent three years in a prison camp, surviving on three small rice balls a day and contracting a series of tropical illnesses. Brown suffered regular beatings at the hands of the guards, who on one occasion severely injured his back by throwing him down a flight of stairs and on another fractured his neck with a rifle blow…
Brown died last Sunday at a nursing home in Nashville, Illinois. He is survived by two children, 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great-grandchildren. A book entitled “Forsaken Heroes of the Pacific War: One Man’s True Story,” which chronicles Brown’s experiences during World War II, was published earlier this year.

He was the last survivor of that atrocity, which came to symbolize Japanese brutality in the eyes of many Americans.  I would venture to guess that he avoided Japanese cars to his last driving day.
On Wikipedia, we can gain some insight into the horrors of that march:

In June, 2001 U.S. Congressional Representative Dana Rohrabacher described the horrors and brutality that the prisoners experienced on the march:

“They were beaten, and they were starved as they marched. Those who fell were bayoneted. Some of those who fell were beheaded by Japanese officers who were practicing with their samurai swords from horseback. The Japanese culture at that time reflected the view that any warrior who surrendered had no honor; thus was not to be treated like a human being. Thus they were not committing crimes against human beings.[…] The Japanese soldiers at that time […] felt they were dealing with subhumans and animals.”

Trucks were known to drive over some of those who fell or succumbed to fatigue, and “cleanup crews” put to death those too weak to continue. Marchers were harassed with random bayonet stabs and beatings.
From San Fernando, the prisoners were transported by rail to Capas. 100 or more prisoners were stuffed into each of the trains’ boxcars, which were unventilated and sweltering in the tropical heat. The trains had no sanitation facilities, and disease continued to take a heavy toll on the prisoners. After they reached Capas, they were forced to walk the final 9 miles to Camp O’Donnell.  Even after arriving at Camp O’Donnell, the survivors of the march continued to die at a rate of 30-50 per day, leading to thousands more deaths. Most of the dead were buried in mass graves that the Japanese dug out with bulldozers on the outside of the barbed wire surrounding the compound.
The death toll of the march is difficult to assess as thousands of captives were able to escape from their guards (although many were killed during their escapes), and it is not known how many died in the fighting that was taking place concurrently. All told, approximately 5,000–10,000 Filipino and 600–650 American prisoners of war died before they could reach Camp O’Donnell.

Even their "saints" are devils

I just found, through Amren, an account of a speech by Desmond Tutu where he calls for a tax on whites in South Africa.  The article reads in part:

Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu has called for a “wealth tax” to be imposed on all white South Africans…
Moments earlier, he had told the whites in the conference room: “You all benefited from apartheid. Your children went to fancy schools, you lived in posh suburbs.”
He stressed, however, that this did not mean all whites had supported apartheid.
Speaking to the Cape Argus after his speech, Tutu expanded on his wealth tax call.
“There were many in the white community who were ready for this (at the time of the TRC process).
“It could be quite piffling, maybe 1 percent of their stock exchange holdings. It’s nothing. But it could have helped… maybe building new homes, and that would have been an extraordinary symbol of their readiness.”
Asked whether he was again calling for a “wealth tax”, Tutu said: “That’s what I’m saying.”

A “wealth tax” that applies only to whites.  Most people would call this a “white tax” or a “jizyah“.  If Tutu meant that only wealthy people would have to pay it, then why did he single out whites?  There are plenty of poor whites in South Africa.
Another thing that bothers me about Tutu’s speech, is that he claims blacks in South Africa suffer from “self-hatred”.  I doubt that blacks anywhere suffer from self-hatred.  They seem to be genetically inclined to have the highest self-esteem of any race.  This is one reason their suicide rates are so low.  Tutu’s comment about being in an airplane (also quoted at Amren)…

He also recounted how a while ago he had been on a Nigerian plane with two black pilots at the helm.
“We suddenly hit heavy turbulence and my first thought was that there wasn’t a white man in the cabin to bring us back to safety.

… is merely an example of his subconscious recognition, that whites tend to be more competent than blacks, coming to the surface.  When white leftists experience such lapses, they berate themselves for “racism”.  When a black does it, he pities himself for being a victim of racism.
Perhaps South Africa should impose a “jizyah” on its blacks for their ridiculously high crime rates, corruption, littering and overall high cost to society.  This would make more sense.  But no.  According to Tutu, all these black shortcomings are the fault of the white man, and that same white man, who built the nation of South Africa out of nothing, should be required to throw even more money into the black hole – as if the murders, rapes and robberies he is subject to are not enough.

Shulamit Aloni: Israel's answer to accusations of Jewish double standards

We often read accusations, by pro-whites, that Jews oppose autonomy for whites while supporting the Jewish ethno-state of Israel.  As a matter of fact, Israel has its own share of evil leftists who work toward the the destruction of its Jewish character.  One such demon is Shulamit Aloni, sometimes derogatorily called “Shulamit Baloney”.
I remember well that when I lived in Israel, she was the minister of education and she was held in much contempt.  She, and her political party (Ratz) opposed anything that stood for Jewish heritage.  She was on a mission to make Israel a generic, multicultural state with no specific ethnic character.  It is not only Orthodox Jews who despise her; even those of Reform background see the danger in her ways.  David Bedein writes:

Secular Israeli society fears that if Reform and Conservative were allowed free reign in Israel, then they would do the same thing that they have done in the US, namely, to abandon principle in favor of “pluralism”.
Imagine what a situation we would face if we would see ads in the Israeli papers here for a “same-sex” wedding at the King David Hotel, an interfaith wedding ceremony at the LaRomme Hotel, and to then to get an invitation to a wedding at the Carelton Hotel to a couple who have no pretensions about being Jewish because only their fathers are Jews.
Reform and Conservative Jews are more than welcome to come to Israel to help Judaize a country that now copes with a strong internal Israeli antisemitic fervor, that was expressed in the previous government, when retired Israel Minister of Education Shulamit Baloney virtually eliminated Jewish instruction from the public education school system, as a result of which we have a new generation of Israeli children who are growing up without any sense of Jewish or Zionist history, let alone exposure to Bible, Talmud or other Jewish sources, even from a secularist point of view.
Tragically, instead of the small Reform and Conservative movements joining with the Orthodox to find ways to reach out to the majority of the Israeli Jewish population who see themselves as “traditional”, if not Orthodox Jews, both the Conservative and Reform movements have joined a coaltion known as HEMDAT, which is currently conducting a vigorous campaign to force an observant Jew to open the shopping center that he owns on Shabbat. HEMDAT is also working to stop the government from protecting the rights of Jews so that they will not have to work on Shabbat. The previous Israeli government worked to allow new firms in Israel to open their industries also on Shabbat, making it difficult for even traditional Jews who would rather rest one day a week to get a job.

So there is some consistency in the madness of the left and Israel does have its version of Heidi Beirich.  At least in Israel, the far left has not become the only acceptable political position.  Most Israelis are smart enough to realize that if we take the “Jewish” out of “Jewish state”, there would no longer be a State of Israel.  So it’s not that the Jewish far left does not want to turn Israel into a bland cultureless political entity, rather it’s much tougher to sell such a proposition to the Israeli public than to the American, or European, public.

Pop Psychology – by eugenicist

Much political and creative energy is spent attempting vengeance against one’s childhood and adolescent enemies, if only in some inchoate, subconscious way.
Sometimes this can be fun, e.g. the movie Heathers. Winona Ryder,* ostensibly one of the “popular” crowd, is actually an attractive surrogate for the alienated teenagers in the audience, while Christian Slater’s character is the sort of witty, ectomorphic rebel that they wish they could be. He is at the beginning of the movie, anyway:

The same basic principle applies in Mean Girls. The sidekick character even says “Evil takes a human form in Regina George.” To a middle- or high-school girl, the most popular girl in school really is evil incarnate. She can and does make daily life a misery for those lower on the totem pole, who would of course act very much the same, if not worse, in her position. The last third of the movie is a revenge fantasy, where Regina gains weight, is humiliated in public and almost loses her status. Lindsay Lohan’s character also gains status by dating Regina’s ex-boyfriend.

Sometimes this isn’t fun. The Columbine High School massacre was actually the result of one psychopath and one depressive trying (and failing) to kill as many kids as possible. They were not neo-Nazi outcasts avenging years of bullying, but these myths have persisted because they fill several different psychological needs.
Many nerds spend the better part of their adolescence getting picked on for being studious, smart and having strange preoccupations. (The same applies to goths, who are probably more intelligent than average, and to similar subcultures.) When they reach adulthood, some of that anger is channeled and redirected towards people who remind them of their high school bullies, i.e. mesomorphic white men and ex-cheerleader types.
Why, then, are nerds anti-racist? Unless they’ve gone to school with blacks (and many haven’t) they may view them as their protectors against the alpha males who beat them up in high school.** That is why race realists are “that much more terrifying,” since (in the back of their minds, they think that) these people might turn their “protectors” against them. Also, since being racist is just about the worst thing you could be, it makes sense to believe that “evil incarnate” would also be racist.
*Ryder actually did get revenge on a high school bully in adult life.
**This may have less to do with protection and more to do with revenge. Tertullian famously wrote that one of the pleasures of heaven is seeing the damned tortured in hell; “diversity for thee, but not for me” may be an earthly expression of this type of pleasure.

What we can learn from Obama

Obama is half white – but as far as he’s concerned, he is 100% Negro.  Though he was raised by his white mother’s family, and his black father abandoned him at an early age, he chooses to identify only with his father’s black heritage and ignore his mother’s heritage.  While there are practical reasons for this – after all, it got him the presidency – nearly all mixed-race people have been doing the same thing for quite some time.  While there are definite advantages to being black, due to black-privilege, there is clearly another factor at work here:  A black heritage is considered a “heritage” while a white heritage is considered nothing.
In the State of Exile blog, there is a recent post claiming that Jews are 3-5% sub-Saharan African:

Reich’s team analyzed more than half a million DNA markers across the entire genomes of people from seven diverse Jewish populations — including Ashkenazim from northern Europe; Sephardim from Italy, Turkey and Greece, and Mizrahim from Syria, Iraq and Iran. They then compared the genetic data with DNA from 15 sub-Saharan African populations.
Reporting in the April issue of PLoS Genetics, the researchers found that modern day Jews can attribute about 3% to 5% of their ancestry to sub-Saharan Africans, and that the exchange of genes between Jews and sub-Saharan Africans occurred approximately 72 generations, or about 2,000 years, ago.

3-5% is about the same percentage of Neanderthal blood that the average non-African possesses.  I have yet to encounter anybody who claims to be “Neanderthal” on this basis.  The pro-white movement has been quick to tout the Neanderthal finding because it illustrates that we are not all the same.  If not for that, and the mystique of the Neanderthal (whose true nature remains unknown), few would care if we carried Neanderthal genes.
If Obama can ignore 50% of his heritage, surely we Jews can ignore 3-5% of ours if we so choose.  In any case, it’s not something I stay up at night worrying about.  However… should I ever choose to run for president, try to get admitted for college, apply for a prestigious job or have a racial grievance where I could win the ghetto-lottery, that 3-5% might come in useful!

Typical MSN; non-typical rioters

After relating to us how some black gangbangers ran down and killed some Pakis during the London riots,  MSN immediately shows us this photo:
The heading states:

Offenders sentenced for their roles in recent United Kingdom disturbances, shown Aug. 11 in these photographs from the Greater Manchester Police, include (top, left to right) Aaron Grima, jailed for four months for assaulting a police officer; Paul Obonyano, jailed for 14 weeks for assaulting a police officer and a public order offense; Bernard Moore, sentenced to 20 weeks for assaulting a police officer; Eoin Flanagan, sentenced to eight months for stealing clothes…

We all know that more than eight people were arrested during the riots.  In fact, the article directly above the photo states:

Scotland Yard said that, as of Saturday night, 1,276 suspected rioters and looters have been arrested, of whom 748 have been charged with various crimes.
Nationwide, more than 2,100 people have been arrested. Courts in London, Birmingham and Manchester have stayed open around the clock since Wednesday to process the cases.

So the obvious question should be:  Why were the above 8 singled out for photos?  Their crimes do not appear to be particularly heinous or unusual.  Most likely, those were the only white perpetrators in the lot* – and they threw in one black face in a pathetic attempt at credibility.  Is anybody foolish enough to believe that the above photo is an accurate representation of the rioters?  If so, I’ve got a bridge to sell him.
* After writing this, I saw on Steve Sailer’s blog that this is not exactly so.

The face of Vancouver, Washington is… Hispanic?

Vancouver, Washington is located in Clark County.  They have a tradition of holding a 10-day fair each year.  The Columbian describes it:

Continuing a tradition that dates back decades, Clark County Fair revelers lined up for half a mile Friday for a free pancake feed that kicked off the 10-day event…
Vancouver resident Yvette Emerson said the free event was particularly meaningful because of the languishing economic downturn.  Emerson waited in line for breakfast with her aunt, Mary Smithline, and two children, 25-year-old Brittany and 23-year-old Brandon…

Here are the photos, prominently displayed on the front page of this newspaper:

Vancouver is almost 85% white – and the upper photo reflects that, although it shows a mostly older crowd.  But the only person, appearing by herself on the front page, is Hispanic.  Hispanics make up only 6.3% of the population of Vancouver.  Why do newspapers go out of their way to highlight blacks, or Hispanics, rather than focus on individuals who better reflect their local community?  Because in the eyes of the leftist elite white=bland=bad while non-white=diversity=good.
Of course 99% of The Columbian readers have no idea they are being indoctrinated; they just see a photo of a cute little girl.  Years of being fed subliminal anti-white messages, like this one, turn mainstream media consumers’ minds into mush.  Since the message is never enunciated explicitly, they never have an opportunity to object to it.  That is the strength of subliminal propaganda.  It conditions the mind without having to engage in any arguments, without having to expose oneself to any objections.  Thus, the opinions of the masses, in racial matters, mean nothing.  They have no validity – because they were formed through such sneaky conditioning.
When such a person is exposed to opposing views on race, the contrast to what he is used to is so stark that he cannot handle it.  The only reaction he is capable of is to take offense.  Both his love of “diversity” (I.E. non-whites), and his hatred toward any pro-white stance, are based purely on emotion, but he’s only offended by the pro-white message – because he’s not used to it.
We can combat this type of cowardly warfare by speaking up as often as we can.  We must speak up online, with family, coworkers, people on the street etc.  But we must speak up in such a way that it comes across as entirely positive.  When opportunity arises, we must seize it and carry out acts of  “micro-courage”.  An example might be, as eugenicist suggested, saying “how white of you” when somebody does you a good turn.  When we see a cute child, we could compliment the parents by saying, “what a beautiful white child!”  When somebody, in your (white) neighborhood, does a good deed, you could comment, “this is why I love living in a white neighborhood.”
All revolutions must start with words.  Let’s use them!
