Two recent waves of violence, courtesy of "diversity"

An American service member allegedly murdered 16 Afghan civilians in their homes. According to AP:

BALANDI, Afghanistan (AP) — President Hamid Karzai said a U.S. service member killed 16 people — nine of them children and three women — in a shooting spree Sunday that he condemned as “an assassination.”

Karzai demanded an explanation from the United States, adding new tensions to a relationship already severely strained over Americans burning Muslim holy books on a base in Afghanistan. The burnings sparked violent protests and attacks that left some 30 people dead. Six U.S. service members have been killed in attacks by their Afghan colleagues since the Quran burnings came to light, but the violence has just started to calm down.

“This is an assassination, an intentional killing of innocent civilians and cannot be forgiven,” Karzai said in a statement. He said he has repeatedly demanded the U.S. stop killing Afghan civilians.

American forces should not be in Afghanistan. Military occupation is a form of “diversity”, no less so than forced school “desegregation” or mass immigration. When you force people of different cultures/races together, inevitably some of them will die as a result. We don’t yet know the details of this latest atrocity, but there is little doubt that “cultural misunderstanding” played a part. There is also little doubt that Muslims throughout the world will protest loudly – something we don’t see them do when it is Muslims killing “infidels”.
The Associated Press also tells us of a rash of “EMO” murders in Iraq:

BAGHDAD (AP) — Young people who identify themselves as so-called Emos are being brutally killed at an alarming rate in Iraq, where militias have distributed hit lists of victims and security forces say they are unable to stop crimes against the subculture that is widely perceived in Iraq as being gay.

Officials and human rights groups estimated as many as 58 Iraqis who are either gay or believed to be gay have been killed in the last six weeks alone — forecasting what experts fear is a return to the rampant hate crimes against homosexuals in 2009. This year, eyewitnesses and human rights groups say some of the victims have been bludgeoned to death by militiamen smashing in their skulls with heavy cement blocks.

Mesopotamia is, for the most part, a conservative collection of nations. Forcing those nations together, into one political unit called “Iraq” has been a great misfortune for them. The mixing of Kurds and Arabs, Sunni and Shia, has been an underlying cause for the loss of countless lives for decades. Now alien Western cultural fads are being inserted into the mix. Needless to say, many Iraqis do not appreciate America’s cultural invasion; the military one is bad enough. Some of those Iraqis react the same way white blood cells react to infections in the blood: They attack the infection and try to eliminate it.
Homosexuals should not be hunted down and killed, but “EMO” must surely represent far more than homosexuality to those who oppose it. To dress like that publicly, in Iraq, must be tantamount to flying the enemy flag. It is a form of diversity and, in today’s context, it is an imposed diversity.
Since there is official recognition of anti-homosexual violence in Muslim countries, what should be the solution? As a nation, the U.S. should say “It’s not our problem.” It is not our job to identify every persecuted minority on Earth and then import them here. Doing so will only create hundreds of “persecuted minorities” within our own borders. Instead, private organizations should try to find solutions in those countries. They should work with local sympathizers to set aside safe havens for targeted people. Efforts to protect the albinos of Tanzania could serve as a model, though it is not a perfect one.

New pro-white online forum

Somebody contacted me about a new pro-white forum. It’s called Occidental Enclave and here is how its founder (or one of its founders) describes it:

We’ve recently established a white interests/advocacy/issues forum with the intention of addressing the credibility hemorrhages within the broader “WN” narrative/platform, such as infantile Jew conspiracy theories and general Jew obsessionism, and/or Hitler fetishism, among other things.  Some of us felt that, for us to make any meaningful progress, that we have to distance ourselves from these elements within the community so as to make a visible distinction between our camp and theirs; mainstream whites will simply never associate themselves with such elements.  Unfortunately, most forums in the community (like stormfront, skadi, etc.) are filled with this element, and the sensible members are either shouted down or become unwelcome.  So, I had the notion to make a community with the intent to consolidate all the non kook/fringe into a community of their own.

I haven’t had enough time to explore it yet. I’ll check it out in the next few days – and nothing’s stopping the rest of y’all from beating me to it.

A good comment by another "Jay"

American Renaissance recently had an article about the 13 year old white student, in Kansas City, who was doused with gasoline and set alight by racist black children. The black children said “This is what you deserve.  You get what you deserve, white boy” as they assaulted him.
Here is a portion of Jay11’s comment:

I teach in an ‘urban’ high school.  Although it’s not as bad as my previous school where anti-white propaganda was the norm DAILY, still ALL the ‘English’ teachers and most of the History teachers have a ‘civil rights’ (anti-white) curriculum.  It is sickening.  Everything is Marcus Garvey this, Langston Hughes that, MLK this or white privilege that.  ALL THE TIME.
I am not joking.  EVERY selection in the English teachers’ rooms are of black writers.  One teacher tried to do an obscure Shakespeare play once, but gave it up because it was too hard — for her!  Jamaica Cincaide, Maya Angelou, Toni Morrison et al.  That’s all they get.
Three years ago I was sitting in the black of a classroom grading papers while an ‘English’ teacher (who I shared the class with) was teaching her (all black and latino) students.  The anti-white things she said made me physically ill.  She was talking like a black preacher (in that tone and style) and railing against white people and how they always oppress black people.  After half an hour I couldn’t take it anymore and had to leave.  I was supposed to be teaching those same students the very next period.  How could I, a pasty-faced white dude, stand there and ask them to take me seriously after they were indoctrinated to hate me because of my race?  I did my job, but I could sense the undercurrent of defiance…
Those of us who do not depend on the “mainstream” media for our news know that similar atrocities are committed against whites, by black and Hispanics, every day. We are aware that these ongoing attacks are met with silence by all but local newspapers and television stations. We know that these attacks are typically described as “not racially-motivated” (AKA “random”) and we know that, whenever possible, the race of the perpetrators is concealed. In short, we know that the media encourages such violence.
One of the limits of freedom of speech is when the speech in question incites violence. Jay11 was fortunate that he was not physically attacked. If he were, part of the blame could certainly be laid at the feet of the “English teacher” who filled the heads of her students with anti-white animus. Though Jay11 escaped physical harm, who knows how many others have fallen victim to “random” crimes committed by those students in later years.
Though we cannot justifiably ban all anti-white speech, indoctrinating impressionable children with anti-white hate might constitute “incitement to violence”.
For sheer magnitude, and viciousness, the anti-white vitriol of the Left has no peer – except, perhaps, the anti-Jewish rants of neo-Nazis. If ever there was a case to be made for “hate-speech” laws, it would be the lives lost and ruined by speech such as that of the above “English teacher”.

An inside look at workplace racial discrimination

Things are not always as simple as they seem. We all like to think, “If I were discriminated against for being white, I would make a huge fuss over it and sue the bastards.” But real life has a tendency to make your decision a bit more complicated.

A coworker recently told me about an incident where he and another white employee were treated unfairly, by their black supervisor, in favor of a black employee. I told him that he must speak up, and that his silence only encourages more abuse. He made it very clear that what he told me was to remain between the two of us. The other employee told me nothing – though I did try to coax it out of him by way of innocent conversation. Where do each of us stand regarding this matter, and what are our choices?

If I were to inform our human resources department, or my own supervisor, about the incident, this is what would happen: There would be no action taken against said supervisor – but I would have lost my friendship with the victim for having betrayed his trust. I know this from past experience; employees live under the thumb of their supervisors. Their careers are subject to the supervisor’s whims. The supervisors are trusted completely by their bosses, to the point where each one is like a lord in his own fiefdom. Any such complaint against a supervisor would cause enmity between the employee and his boss. Thereafter, it would not be difficult for the supervisor to sabotage the employee’s career. In today’s economic climate, finding another job is much easier said than done. Therefore, employees do everything in their power to remain in the good graces of their bosses. Because of these dynamics, if I were to complain about what I heard, the victims themselves would probably not back me up; they’re too afraid of their supervisor. I would end up looking like the trouble-maker, and my own job would be in jeopardy.

I asked the man if he could even imagine a black person experiencing the same sort of discrimination and remaining silent about it. He could not, or would not, answer this question. Decades of mistreatment against whites have taught them to accept their lot as second-class citizens. They know their place in B.R.A. (black-run America).

One can hope, at least, that the two victims – both racial egalitarians – will begin to realize that today’s racial hierarchy does not work in their favor.

No sense of humor

Sometimes, when I can’t sleep at night, strange ideas come into my head.  Some of them end up on this blog; my wee-hours-brain figures if they’re amusing to me, somebody else might enjoy them too. One lady commented on a recent post of this genre, writing:

Secondly, I think the right is in desperate need of a more humorous approach to issues, or perhaps just a more humorous approach in general, to bring a more youthful gall to reinvigorate the movement again.

While I do agree with her, I think the Right has a far more robust sense of humor than the Left – generally speaking of course. Our educational systems, run mainly by leftists, certainly seems to lack a sense of humor. For example:

Teacher fired after assigning violent math problems to third graders

A Washington, D.C., charter school teacher has been fired after it was discovered the teacher had assigned third-grade students a number of math problems framed around violent and illegal scenarios.
At first, the unnamed teacher at the Trinidad Center City School claimed he had been ordered to assign the problems, but it was quickly discovered that the teacher had actually downloaded them from a free homeschooling website called “HomeschoolingParadise.com.”
“I was absolutely distressed,” Dr. Beverley Wheeler, the CEO of Center City PCS, which oversees Trinidad, told WUSA9.  “It doesn’t follow anything we do. We are about character, excellence and service and I found them to be violent and racist.”…
Here are some of the suggested math problems from the site. And to be clear, I’m not cherry-picking; almost any question picked at random will reflect the concerns expressed by Dr. Wheeler:
“I was sleeping one night when a hungry vampire sucked 3652 liters of blood from me and 1865 liters of blood from my little brother. How much blood did the hungry vampire drink that night?”
Another reads:
“I took a nap in a bog one day and woke up screaming. 3796 leeches, 2910 fleas and 1044 vampire bats were stuck to my bald head drinking my blood in ecstasy. How many bloodthirsty bloodsuckers were dining on my head?”
And check out this incredibly morbid problem:
“John’s father gave him 1359 marbles on his birthday. John swallowed 585 marbles and died. 9 of John’s friends came for his funeral the next day. John’s grieving father gave the remaining marbles to John’s friends in equal numbers. How many marbles did each friend get?”
Last I checked, most kids are warned against indulging in tobacco products. Nonetheless, Homeschooling Paradise offers this equation for children to ponder:
“John, Jack and Jim lit up their pipes after dinner and began blowing smoke rings. By the time they were finished, they had blown a total of 6437 smoke rings. If John blew 52 smoke rings and Jack blew 3896 smoke rings, how many smoke rings did Jim blow?”

I think they are rather funny – but then again I do sometimes have a morbid sense of humor.  Here are some others from the homeschooling site:

Jason, John, Brad and Calvin are in a tiny dinghy in the middle of the ocean. A huge wave capsizes their dinghy. A ferocious tiger shark chases the desperate people and in 5 h 24 min has eaten all of them. How long did it take the tiger shark on average to catch each person?
Green aliens landed in Chicago and rounded up 1479 math teachers. The bloodthirsty aliens then sucked the blood of 828 teachers and left them for dead. The aliens tied up the rest of the teachers and marched them into 3 UFOs. If there were an equal number of poor math teachers in each UFO, how many teachers were in each UFO?

I’m old enough to remember “Dick and Jane“. They were so boring that learning to read was not very exciting. I would much rather have been raised on leeches, tiger sharks and smoke rings. Aliens would have been even better!
Should we worry about children being exposed to math problems that include death and mayhem? I don’t think so. Nursery rhymes are full of references to disease and death. I remember my mother singing the “hearse song” to us as little children. Nobody thought much of it. Kids have to be introduced to the idea of death somehow. Pet ownership is one way. Stories, rhymes and songs also serve this function. While we’re at it, why not teach them some math too?

The problematic world of the Left

Just recently, Gates of Vienna had an article about the confusion extreme leftists in Germany felt when they were attacked by Muslims.  From the article:

Another clash, between the Left and reality, occurs when members of their favorite race, the Negro race, show intolerance toward their favorite sexual orientation, homosexuality.  This clash is most evident in Uganda, where locals have been agitating for the death penalty to be imposed upon homosexuals.  I have brought up this topic before, but a recent New York Times article gives us more food for thought.  Here are some excerpts:

KAMPALA, Uganda — At first, it was a fiery contempt for homosexuality that led a Ugandan lawmaker to introduce a bill in 2009 that carried the death penalty for a “serial offender” of the “offense of homosexuality.”

The bill’s failure amid a blitz of international criticism was viewed by many as evidence of power politics, a poor nation bending to the will of rich nations that feed it hundreds of millions of dollars in aid.

But this time around — the bill was reintroduced this month — it is a bitter and broad-based contempt for Western diplomacy that is also fueling its resurrection…

The Obama administration recently said it would use its foreign diplomatic tools, including aid, to promote equal rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people around the world. Prime Minister David Cameron of Britain has threatened to cut aid for countries that do not accept homosexuality.

But African nations have reacted bitterly to the new dictates of engagement, saying they smack of neo-colonialism. In the case of Uganda, the grudge could even help breathe new life into the anti-homosexuality bill…

Much of Africa’s anti-homosexuality movement is supported by American evangelicals, the Rev. Kapya Kaoma of Zambia wrote in 2009, who are keen to export the American “culture war” to new ground. Indeed, American evangelical Christians played a role in stirring the anti-homosexual sentiment that culminated in the initial legislation in Uganda…

Days after the bill was reintroduced, a clandestine gay rights meeting at a hotel was broken up personally by Uganda’s minister of ethics…

The few gay rights advocates in Uganda who work publicly on the issue have seen their own exposure — and support — widen, too. One received the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Award last year. The organization whose conference was shut down this month receives tens of thousands of dollars from the American Jewish World Service, according to the organization’s Web site.

When I read this, I asked myself, “Why would a Jewish organization spend tens of thousands of dollars to try to influence people in Africa to accept homosexuality? In what way does this help Jews?”

If we were to ask representatives of the so-called “American Jewish World Service”, they would probably explain that just as Jews have traditionally been oppressed, so too are homosexuals. Therefore, Jews should be among those who stand up for the downtrodden.

If this were the real motivation, then we should ask them how much they are donating to help the whites of South Africa.  We should ask how much they are contributing to alleviate the plight of the pygmies, who face genocide at the hands of their black neighbors.  How much does this “Jewish World Service” donate to the countless thousands of whites, here in America, who fall victim to black crime?

Though they may not even realize it, the real reason they feel obliged to help homosexuals in Uganda is that those “Jews” have forsaken their ancestral religion (whose holy book clearly states that homosexuality is an abomination) and embraced a new religion: The religion of liberalism. Liberalism teaches that homosexuals, as a sexual minority, are worthy victims. But racial minorities, who suffer at the hands of the “holy black man”, do not deserve victim status because blacks, as a race, can do no wrong. The homophobic blacks of Uganda are simply misled – by none other than the evil white man.  Still, the situation in Uganda is confusing for them.  They cannot vilify that many blacks; it would be sacrilegious.  So they must prove that they were simply misled. Therefore, those tens of thousands of dollars are, in their eyes, an investment to defend their new faith by “educating” them.

I strongly suspect that many leftists, though they would be okay with racist (or homophobic) whites changing their ways, they would be just as happy if those whites would die. But the death of a black man, no matter how racist (or homophobic) he might be, will rarely make them happy. This is also the reason black-on-black crime bothers them so much – while they won’t even recognize black-on-white crime. It is the reason diseases that “disproportionately affect blacks” are top priority, while those that mainly affect whites must be fought on the basis of other appeals; “disproportionately affects whites” is never a phrase that is used to justify trying to find a cure for a disease.

Those who have been reading this blog for a while already know that I have nothing against homosexuals. As a matter of fact, I admit that Ugandans need to cease their gay-bashing and focus on real problems. In this post, I address homosexuality as a cause celebre for the Left. My reference to Judaism condemning homosexuality is factual; the Torah does, indeed, consider it an abomination. As for me, I consider it distasteful – but none of my business.

Hatred; where the far left meets the far right

People usually assume that extreme leftists, Tim Wise and his ilk, are the polar opposites of rabid neo-Nazi anti-semites.  In reality, I don’t think there’s much difference.  Both groups are motivated by uncontrollable hatred and both groups see nothing wrong with lying to “prove” their point.
Many of you have probably read my previous post, the one about Roman busts.  Believe it or not, somebody on an anti-semitic site actually quoted that post in an effort to show that I am anti-Germanic.  Here is what he wrote (and I will not dignify it with a link):

Conveniently, he left out the rest of the sentence: “… or a Gaul.”  He also seems to be ignorant of the ancient meaning of “barbarian”.  Talk about grasping at straws!
As far as I can tell, the far left and the neo-nazis differ mainly in the target of their hatred; the former hates the white race while the latter hates Jews.  The former lavishes affection upon blacks because blacks are perceived as the opposite of the hated whites.  The latter lavishes affection upon Nordics because Nordics are perceived as the opposite of the hated Jews.  It seems to me that neither the love of the Left , nor the love of the neo-Nazis, is as potent as their hatred.  Of course I may be wrong, but it looks like both camps have a lot more hatred, than love, in their hearts – based on their writings of course.  I think the Left would be far more honest about its hatred toward whites if it felt it could get away with it.  It is still problematic to openly wish for the extinction/ genocide of the white race.  Since the far left has a vast audience, it tends to be more careful about what it openly admits.  As for neo-Nazis, their audience is much more limited, so they spew their venom without much restraint.  Objectivity and reason are foreign to both camps.
Perhaps we can compare the two to Democrats and Republicans.  They are far more alike than either would care to admit.  Only their rivalry gives the illusion of a meaningful distinction between them.

More Roman busts

A while ago I posted a series of what I considered exceptional Roman busts.  I photographed them while visited Rome and Vienna.  There has been ongoing interest in them from around the web.  So I’ve decided to post a followup.  Number III appears to depict a barbarian of some sort, probably a German or a Gaul.  The last one might not actually be Roman, but merely Roman style (she resides in Vienna). Numbers VIIII and X are on display underground at the Palatine in Rome, but were found at Pompeii.

For the benefit of those who didn’t know, the ancient Romans did not use the same Roman numeral system familiar to us today.  In the detail of the Colosseum below, we can see 53 and 54 represented as LIII and LIIII respectively.

I’ve seen this (older) system used in books that are merely 200-300 years old as well.  I don’t claim that the newer system is inferior to the old one; I used the old one so that my ancient guests would feel at home.

How much more obvious does it need to be?

Sometimes the pro-miscegenation/anti-white propaganda is so obvious that it is tempting to point at it, in front of passers-by, and scream “Can’t you see what’s before your very eyes!?”  Not long ago I visited downtown Portland to take care of some matters.  I happened to have my camera with me.  Here are two blatantly obvious racial messages aimed at the white population of Portland.  They could not be more obvious:

Are we living in the Golden Age of HBD?

Looking back at the various “golden ages” recognized by historians, we can see that it takes only a few motivated, and talented, people to bestow the title “Golden Age” upon an era.  Out of all the Greeks who lived during the Golden Age of Greek Philosophy, only a handful were great philosophers.  Most ancient Greeks eked out their lives in ignorance and manual labor. We look back at that time and take note of their great men; in our eyes, they were the ones who defined the era.  Similarly, there will come a time when people will look back at our generation and recognize it as the “Golden Age of HBD”, even though it exists mainly in the blogosphere.
If we were not living in an age of ignorance and superstition, regarding human biodiversity, then there would be nothing remarkable about those who recognize it and explore it.  The early Christian saints were recognized for their sacrifices (real or imagined).  Oppression against their faith provided fertile ground for sainthood.  When Christians, in turn, became the oppressors other paths to sainthood would have to be taken.
Those of us who take human biodiversity (HBD) seriously are like the ancient Christians.  Though our enemies do not feed us to the lions, they would if they could get away with it.  But they usually can’t, so they threaten us, disrupt us, call us names, ostracize us, and pass anti-heresy laws against us.  Unfortunately, people like James Watson do not compare favorably with people like Socrates when it comes to living up to their convictions.
But this climate of persecution has given us a sense of community, even as we are spread out over the globe.  As part of that community, I am honored – and humbled by the presence of others who far exceed me in intelligence and education.  I hope, as ignorance gives way to knowledge and darkness yields to light, that the loss of our persecuted status does not end our camaraderie.
