BATTLING THE IMPENETRABLE DOGMA: OUR INTERVIEW WITH AMY WAX

The Hebrew Conservative is a blog that’s worth your time to follow, especially if you’re Jewish and conservative. I’m sharing an interview with Amy Wax, by Romo1979.

Wikipedia describes Amy Wax as follows:

Amy Laura Wax (born January 19, 1953) is an American lawyer, neurologist, and academic. She is the Robert Mundheim Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Her work addresses issues in social welfare law and policy, as well as the relationship of the family, the workplace, and labor markets. She has often made remarks, about non-white people, described as white supremacist and racist.

In other words, she’s an intelligent person whose opinions are worth taking into consideration. Here is an excerpt from the interview, and you should visit the source for the entire thing.

We were happy to contribute to your legal fund and hope you will come out triumphant. Are you enjoying these battles?

Thank you and any publicity that you can get for it would be great. I do have lawyers fees that are rapidly accumulating – these very large very wealthy universities that are arrayed against you and that’s how they try to wear you down and drive you away.

Am I enjoying this? Well, not really, I’d rather be writing stuff and reading stuff as professors do. My summer is kind of trashed. They do intend to trash your summer, that’s all part of the plan. I teach a course in law and neuroscience, I have ideas for articles and book reviews and the like. Obviously, I can’t publish in law reviews because they are all woke, but there are a lot of outlets that I get published in, like Claremont. So I would like to focus on what I am writing, but I can’t do that because really this is a full-time job. 

That’s a downer.

Yes, but I think the way I keep myself going and inspire myself to fight is that I see it indeed as a war.  There’s a reason they call it a “culture war,” and I tell my students that.  A lot of students reach out to me, not just conservative students, but students who are completely upset by what’s happening on campus. They are really afraid of their fellow students and rightly so. 

Fearful of what?

They are fearful that if they say anything they will be punished and penalized. So, as a result, there is a ghastly pall over most of the classes – there aren’t discussions going anymore because nobody dares to say anything. So I told my students that I am going to hang in there. I think it would be very discouraging for them if I cut and run. That’s a big factor that’s motivating me.

On Brahmins and Jews

After your Tucker Carlson interview, which was incredibly impressive, I wrote a panegyric about you, did you get a chance to read it?

I didn’t read it in detail.  You have to understand that I am overwhelmed with messages and also litigation.

No offense taken. In any case, you pointed a finger at the highly observable phenomenon of the Brahmin corporate lady, coming here from India, then immediately dumping on America as racist, sexist, etc., becoming angry cultural warriors.

I love the culture warrior label because that is indeed what they are doing. They are out there on the barricades, yet they are saying I am the culture warrior.

Can’t the same critique though be pointed at American Jews? Dumping incessantly on America?

Oh totally. I get a ton of mail and messaging about that interview – most of it just abuse and vilification – but, some of it pretty intelligent, and a common question is “What about the Jews, why are you letting them off the hook?”

Well, I am not. I said in another interview that Jews have a lot to answer for. They are a very successful group, they’ve risen to the top and have a tremendous amount of cultural influence in the media and entertainment and the universities and publishing, you name it. If it’s an intellectual sphere, they are in it.  And I am very disappointed in how they have used that influence.  I think they have used it in ways that have in some respects been very disruptive and very intolerant of the fact that this country contains people that don’t agree with their kind of Davos-man cosmo-universalistic super-rights-based lefty ideology. 

They don’t like dissent.

They really oppose it and they oppose it whether it is for sound reasons or just due to people just thinking differently.  And they have utter contempt for those thinking differently and are determined politically to mow them down.

Was it always like this?

Yes, and no. I might have told this anecdote elsewhere. I remember years ago when I was a little kid, my parents were arguing over the local public school having Christmas pageants and Christmas carols and basically acting very Christian.  My mother was very indignant.  But my dad simply said, “Judy, it’s a Christian nation, they got here first. You have to understand that this town is overwhelmingly Christian, let them have it, it doesn’t hurt you.” So he basically said, “Judy shut up.”

Good advice!

 I remember sitting at the dinner table like it was yesterday thinking, “He’s right. You know, he’s got the better of this let me tell you.” And of course, I loved the Christmas pageants.  I loved the Christmas carols, I love the hallelujah chorus. I wasn’t harmed or traumatized by it in any way. Nor did I feel like they were trying to get me to practice their religion. That was absurd. 

So where does it come from?

I’ll give you the most charitable explanation. I think that Jews have been mistreated throughout history and they have been treated as threatening outsiders.  They have been under siege in Christian societies.  They have experienced some horrible things. Including a massive attempt at genocide. But the problem is when they came to this country they just couldn’t shake that underdog mentality.

So basically unloading their PTSD on the good people of America.

That’s how they do it, right?  Making common cause with the black community.  Which, at the beginning of civil rights I could certainly see.  But now, with BLM’s determination to DEMOLISH the legacy of the enlightenment is just really whacko and incredibly dangerous and destructive. I mean an attempt to take us from the first world to the third world is what they are doing. And for Jews to be complicit in that…

When we do become a third-world hybrid of Honduras and Bangladesh, who’s going to be suffering first? 

Jews! For the whole woke thing to be spearheaded by Jews, I’m sorry, but I can’t understand it. All I can say is that Jews are having fewer and fewer children. So, maybe that critical part of the Covenant which not only commands respect for those who come before but also solicitude for those who come after, maybe that part of Judaism is just gone. The part about maintaining that thread of continuity and loyalty among the generations…

California School Board Member Apologizes for Racist Comments

San Francisco school board member Anne Hsu is in hot water for comments she made about black and Latino students, and the reason they’re harder to educate. From AsAmNews:

San Francisco school board member Ann Hsu has apologized for racist comments she made in a candidate questionnaire about the challenges facing Black and brown students.

According to KTVU, Hsu said in a candidate questionnaire for November’s elections that it is challenging to educate Black and brown students because of their “unstable family environments” and “lack of parental encouragement.”

San Francisco Mayor London Breed appointed Hsu to the school board in February after the recall of three board members. Now, Hsu is under fire for comments parents and community members say are racist and harmful. According to The San Francisco Chronicle, many have called for her resignation.

The MSN version of this story includes a video, in which we get more details about what she actually said:

Let’s do something that Hsu’s detractors seem incapable of doing. Let’s view this through the lens of reasoning.

Almost every aspect of modern life can be described in relative terms. When we say a person is “suffering from hunger,” we don’t always mean that he has absolutely NO food whatsoever. What we generally mean is that he lacks enough quality, or quantity, of food to flourish. When we say that a student “lacks discipline,” we’re not saying that he’s the same as a wild animal, with no inhibitions or self-control whatsoever. What we mean is that, RELATIVE to other students, he’s not as disciplined.

East Asians have a worldwide reputation for excelling in school. A quick internet search will yield many mainstream websites that give essentially the same reason. For example, the website IMDiversity has this to say about it:

… Asian parents take the time out to really get involved and know what their child is doing in the classroom. They are very aware of what’s going on. Asian parents are generally very practical people. They are the first to tell you that money really matters, that if you can’t pay your bills, it’s difficult to be happy.”

While many American parents encourage their kids to have as many extra-curricular activities as they can handle, Jane Kim says Asian parents usually don’t do that. “I think Asian families, many of them, make sure that the number one priority is education,” Jane says. “So they tend to limit a handful of extra curricular activities. Both Soo and I played piano. We also played tennis, and they are great for taking your mind from your studies and being able to mingle with other students. But I think if you have so many, it’s going to detract and you’re not necessarily going to do a great job in all of them.”

Soo Kim Abboud says she considers herself fortunate that she was raised in an Asian family. Being raised here in the United States, she says, was another advantage.

We can find countless other examples. They all agree that there are cultural traits, common to many Asian ethnicities, that stress academic achievement over all else.

Isn’t this the same as saying that other cultures stress academic achievement LESS? Anne Hsu is Asian, and she is 100% correct in pointing out that black and Latino families offer less academic support to their kids than do Asians.

Hsu’s mistake was apologizing; she’ll probably lose her job anyway, along with her dignity. If it’s forbidden to attribute racial academic disparities to cultural differences, then we might as well cut right to the chase and spell it out: These differences are rooted in BIOLOGICAL disparities between the races. Culture is downstream from genetics.

The Unbearable Whiteness of Milwaukie, Oregon

I had the opportunity to visit the Milwaukie, Oregon area recently. It’s near Portland, and it’s a hotbed of Wokeness; When Trump was in office, I remember seeing senior citizens there parading with “Dump Trump” signs. Now that they got Biden in office, I hope they’re enjoying the increased inflation and crime…

… but realistically, neither inflation nor crime is likely to affect them much. You see, Milwaukie is a relatively affluent area. It’s also almost 100% white. This is why leftism can thrive; the inhabitants don’t have to confront the ugly byproducts of their own dogma. No homeless camps are to be seen on the streets of Milwaukie, gang activity is minimal, if it exists at all. The buildings of Milwaukie are mostly free of graffiti, and women can walk alone unmolested. Children play on the streets, and they have lemonade stands. The elderly don’t have to worry about becoming victims of the Knock-Out Game.

But all this comes at a cost. When I attended a street fair in Milwaukie, this is what I found:

… Are you shocked? You should be!! Practically everybody in the video is WHITE!! What good is safety, civility, peace, quiet, harmony and cleanliness if there’s no Diversity? Personally, I don’t understand how those people can carry on like that. Can’t you see the anguish in their faces? Can’t you sense the depressing atmosphere? Do you notice the yearning in their faces, the overriding NEED for vibrancy? Where’s the loud rap music, the reassuring presence of sagging youth, the excitement of lively brawls, and the sensuality of cat-calls and groping by virile teens? The chatter of children and elders is so boring when not punctuated by gunfire. It’s unbearable. It’s unbearably WHITE!

Somebody tell Biden, so he can send some Somali refugees, and inner-city youth, their way – for their OWN GOOD!

ABC News Misleading the Public About Guns

Here’s one of today’s MSN headlines:

As it turns out, 3 people were killed in that shooting. It probably would have been a lot more, if not for an armed citizen who shot the murderer dead. From the article:

The suspected shooter had a rifle with several magazines of ammunition, and he entered the food court and began shooting, Ison said.

The chief said a good Samaritan who was armed shot the gunman, who appeared to use a long gun, according to Ison. The suspect was “shot by an armed individual,” Greenwood Mayor Mark Myers also said.

The problem is that the ABC article doesn’t mention the good Samaritan until the fifth paragraph. This detail should have been in the headline.

This is typical, and what we’ve learned to expect. There have been so many shootings recently that most readers will simply gloss over the headline. Few of them will actually read the article, instead considering it a minor incident. In fact, this does NOT even qualify as a “mass shooting” due to the low number of people killed – and that’s the real story: A mass shooting was averted because an armed citizen was present.

If Biden, and his supporters, had their way, the good Samaritan would not have been armed, and many more people would have been killed.

Targeting the “Urban Community”

Race-realists have sometimes noted that whites and Asians tend to value quiet, while browns and blacks tend to value noise. I wrote about it here.

Even white race-denialists sometimes notice this, but even though they may value quiet themselves, when the noise comes from their pet ethnicities, they’ll refuse to condemn it, preferring to describe it as “vibrancy” or something to that effect.

It’s interesting to see how creative leftists can be when using words to approach “delicate” topics. Take this change.org petition for example:

New Florida Law Makes Blasting Music in Car A Punishable Offense

A new Florida statute goes into effect July 1, that makes it unlawful for anyone in a vehicle to turn up their radio too loud. According to this law, audio coming from a vehicle that can be heard from a distance of 25 feet or more can result in a traffic infraction of $114. This law is clearly geared toward the urban community and gives officers reasons to perform unwanted searches.

“The urban community?” Why don’t they just come out and say “blacks and Hispanics?” The answer should be obvious: Doing so would be admitting that blacks and Hispanics are loud, and that would be RACIST. By using such euphemisms, the petitioner hopes to (plausibly) deny allegations of characterizing NAMS as loud, while at the same time advocating for their right to be loud.

Change.org allows signers to comment about the reason they signed a give petition. A glance at the comments shows that some signers do understand that “urban community” means non-whites:

Kids schools are getting shot up, countries at war, kids starving but they worried about how loud some music is. This is targeted to a specific race and culture. Standing firm on what’s right!!

Unfortunately, there is no option to comment on why we DIDN’T sign a petition.

I wish we had such a law here in Oregon; loud cars, and loud music from cars, is a problem here. More and more people are complaining about it, because it prevents us from sleeping at night, and interferes with the quiet enjoyment of our homes. Those who inflict their loud music (or cars) upon others are criminals, and they should be prosecuted.

Happy Independence Day!

To all you gringos out there, I wish y’all a happy independence day – for what it’s worth. In the spirit of rebellion, which prompted the founding of our country in the first place, I’ll share an article from The Z Man, published in Takimag today:

This reality is why voting no longer matters. Both parties are insulated from the consequences of these polices. What matters most to Mitch McConnell is what matters most to Chuck Schumer. That is being in good standing with the rest of the Cloud People and that means supporting the issues important to them. Your economic suffering does not register with the Cloud People.

Interestingly, the ruling class has some sense of this reality. It is why they have deputized the collection of bigots with names like SPLC, ADL, ACLU, and others to weaponize the modern-day Galleanists. To keep groups like Antifa and BLM from burning down Lizzy Warren’s mansion, they are aimed at middle-class Americans. Stupid people always make for the best useful idiots.

What this means is that unless and until the ruling class comes to feel the impact of its preferred polices, nothing will change. Those seeking reform for something like immigration must find a way to make open borders offensive to the ruling class, either by casting it as a crime against the immigrants or a threat to the ruling class. Once the rulers see open borders as bad for them, the borders close immediately.

History tells us that rulers are rarely swayed by the immorality of their positions, especially when those positions pay so well. That was the lesson of a century ago when the rich started getting killed by anarchists. Suddenly their views on immigration moved from the asset column to the liability column. This is something Thomas Jefferson understood and explained in his famous letter to William Stephens Smith:

What country before ever existed a century and half without a rebellion? And what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is it’s natural manure.

A century ago, Americans learned that the people in charge have to be reminded from time to time that the people preserve the right to revolt. A century before that, the people revolted and installed new leaders. Revolt is the necessary ingredient to a functioning society. This Independence Day, Americans are slowly realizing that the tree of liberty is calling to them again. The rulers would be wise to hear it as well.

A healthy forest needs fires now and then to clear the undergrowth. If such fires are prevented for a long time, devastating conflagrations can result. Controlled burns are a good way to maintain a healthy forest, and our system has such controlled burns built in: Regular elections.

The idea is that regular elections will clear out the undergrowth enough to maintain a healthy forest (government). Obviously, this has not been working. We have way too much undergrowth in government, in the form of Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, Chuck Schumer etc. Elections have done nothing to get rid of it.

The Federal government has grown too powerful to overthrow through conventional means. At this point, it looks like the best we can hope for is that it will collapse under the weight of its own corruption. Equally probable is a devastating conflagration. We might have a combination of the two.

It sure would be nice if we could have an actual old-fashioned revolution.

Banking While Conservative

Years ago, I used to bank with Chase. Then I found out they’d donated money to the Southern Poverty Law Center, and I decided to close my accounts with them. I was hoping they’d ask for a reason, but they showed no such curiosity.

Years went by, and more evidence of Chase’s moral bankruptcy came to light. Chase Bank is in the habit of shutting down accounts simply because it doesn’t agree with the account-holder’s politics.

I ended up banking with a local credit union. At the time, the Unitus banker cheerfully agreed with me that their bank does not get involved in politics…

Alas, a recent newsletter indicates that Unitus Community Credit Union is now woke:

We are proud to take part in activities that celebrate inclusion: those that recognize the triumphs over adversity and the activism of those who fought tirelessly to gain the right to freedom, to love, and to be accepted.

As we celebrated Pride Month and the Juneteenth holiday, we were reminded just how difficult the struggle has been for those in our LGBTQ+ and Black communities. Our commitment to ensuring all are welcome, included, and respected is unwavering. We are proud to walk alongside our neighbors, employees, and communities to celebrate who they are and to let them know how much we value them.

Friendly reminder: In the woke lexicon, “freedom” means slavery, “love” means hate, and “inclusion” means exclusion.

When I saw how my credit union had embraced slavery, hate and exclusion, I got upset enough to seek other banking options. Obviously, there are no white-friendly banks in the United States, at least not explicitly so. The government would shut them down immediately – but can we at least have a conservative-friendly bank? Is that too much to ask?

I found a website that claims to help people find banks that match their own values. Bankrate.com proclaims:

Increasingly, you can also chose financial institutions that are aligned with your values, your faith, or the causes that are important to you.

Here is a look at a few of the options for people seeking banks that match their values.

Scrolling down, we see that the very first option is “Banking for Progressives,” because we all know how difficult it is to find a bank that supports gay rights and BLM (sarcasm alert; they ALL do).

The other options are “Faith-based,” “Environmental” and “Socially Responsible.” There is no option for conservatives.

With a little more digging, I found an article from The American Conservative that deals with this issue. The author, Ben Frogel, points to The Bank of North Dakota as an example of what we should strive for. Indeed, having spent some time exploring the BND website, I was pleased. An internal search for “equity” yielded nothing more than traditional uses of the word (“how much equity do you have in your farm or house”). Almost all of the people depicted in the graphics are white, which is very refreshing – because it’s okay to be white.

There are a couple of possible issues that might arise if somebody like me were to bank exclusively with BND. Firstly, North Dakota is far away. If I needed cash, I’d have to use local ATMs, or partner banks, and I’d be supporting the woke banks anyway, thus defeating the purpose.

A second possible issue is that BND is likely to become woke as well. A truly conservative-friendly bank, especially one that is government-operated, is sure to attract attention from the Communists in DC, and their propaganda operatives in the media. Nobody knows how much longer BND can maintain its wholesome character.

I do plan on opening a bank account in Dominican Republic upon my return, and I’m reasonably certain that Dominican banks do not contribute to woke causes. At the very least, they’re not anti-white… but we’ll see.

Among the greatest crimes that tyrannies impose upon their subjects is to force them to support causes they object to. Americans are practically forced to maintain bank accounts; it’s almost impossible to survive in this country without one – but upon doing so, we give our money to diabolical villains, who immediately use the proceeds to destroy all that is good and holy.

Will the Conservative Movement, for all its flaws, find a solution to this problem? Let’s hope so.

How to Deal With Black Bullies

The One Who Knocks

I graduated in 1976 from a High School in Alabama. The school board there made doubly sure you didn’t EVER stand up for yourself against a “black,” on school property. I can’t remember a single time that a black was disciplined for attacking a white, but it happened, several times a week at my school.

Our school board wasn’t about to jeopardize any of that massive infusion of federal tax dollars that came along with integration! We knew that if we stood up for ourselves on school property that WE would get expelled, never the black, always the white.

Well, we caught on pretty fast and started “settling” things off the school grounds, after school. We knew, growing up with them, that black troublemakers always moved in packs, because alone, they were cowards, so you had to, essentially, “hunt” the black that was causing the problems and find out his habits and when he would be alone at a particular place and time. It was a lot like deer hunting.

The white boys organized themselves into a, well, let’s call it a “mutual protective association,” that we had learned about from our fathers and grandfathers, and we developed a really good intelligence network that traded information on the movements of different troublesome blacks, especially the really evil and violent ones that caused the most problems. We also had to have meetings with several aggravating whites as well.

Let me say here, though, that 85% of the blacks I went to school with were no problem at all. They were like the rest of us, just trying to get through school and graduate so they could get busy living. Of course, that was a far different time than today, when most white, AND black, homes had two parents in them and most went to church. It was just that 15%, and not even all of them, that we needed to keep in line. That 15% included, say, 11% of just general hell raisers, that liked to drink, and smoke weed and cut up, that didn’t need to be in school in the first place, those you could reason with. It was the 4% that needed any “adjustment,” and only a 1/2% of them that need “serious adjustment.”

If we had one that was causing a lot of problems, we would catch him off guard and surround him with 10 or 12 beefy “good ‘ole boys and give him a ‘warning.” We told him that “this first one was for free,” the next time we had to come looking for him, he wasn’t going to be able to walk away from the meeting. Of course, if he had any sense, he had probably heard of our little group beforehand, and we wouldn’t have any more trouble out of him. But then, there were those obstinate, bull-headed ones, that just wouldn’t take the hint and see reason. Those were the ones we had to make a special “example” out of.

The stories you hear of “poor little black angels being beaten and harassed by gangs of vicious white men” are usually because the “poor black angel” didn’t take the warning seriously and kept causing trouble. For example, we had a particularly stupid and violent black that actually pulled a knife on a white female gym teacher and put his hands on her! I don’t think I need to tell you that he did NOT fare well at our initial meeting, but he was an extremely fast learner, given the proper motivation. It is absolutely amazing how allergic black skin is to hickory wood moving at just a moderate velocity! They break out all over with spontaneous bleeding, bruises and whelps, and, in the worst cases, broken bones and dislocated jaws! After exposing this one to just a minor hickory treatment, we never had to meet with him again. As a matter of fact, he moved away shortly after his first “adjustment”.

This is how it should be done, and under no circumstances should people allow themselves to be trampled upon, persecuted, assaulted or threatened. When the authorities refuse to protect citizens, especially children, then it becomes the responsibility of the citizens to protect themselves.

Of course, the media would lie about it, and frame it as “anti-black racism,” as the commenter already pointed out. At this point, we should never believe stories of anti-black racism as reported in the media, even though sometimes they might be accurate. In most cases, we should assume that they’re lying, probably by omission.

Statistica Fudges Statistics, and CNN up to its Usual Tricks

Somebody posted this meme on the It’s Okay to be White space on Quora:

The post was reported, and this was my response:

Report reason: Harassment or Hatespeech (explanation: This answer is clearly racist and lists numbers that do not represent the truth at all Mass shootings by shooter’s race in the U.S. 2021 | Statista [ Mass shootings by shooter’s race in the U.S. 2021 | Statista ])

Yes, according to Statistica, whites commit 68% of mass shootings, while blacks commit 21%.

It’s worth noting that Statistica goes out of its way to defend blacks from the obvious conclusion that they commit a disproportionate number of these shootings:

“While a superficial comparison of the statistics seems to suggest African American shooters are over-represented and Latino shooters underrepresented, the fact that the shooter’s race is unclear in around 10 percent of cases, along with the different time frames over which these statistics are calculated, means no such conclusions should be drawn.”

… which makes me wonder how they define “mass shooting” for this report. The only way to find out is to pay for membership, and I’m not prepared to do this. The fact that they only count 129 of such “mass shootings” over a 40 year period (1982–2022) strongly implies that only the highest-profile cases were counted. However, if we define “mass shooting” as 4 or more victims, then American Renaissance (We Don’t Have a Gun Problem. We Have a Race Problem. – American Renaissance (amren.com)) shows us a different picture:

This is from Wikipedia, and considering that each red dot is a “mass shooting,” and that this is only for ONE YEAR, obviously, Statistica is using a much different definition. I suspect that their goal was to maximize the white proportion of shooters, because Wikipedia states (Mass shootings in the United States – Wikipedia):

“According to the Associated Press, white men comprise nearly 50 percent of all mass shooters in the US.”

Considering the fact that hardly ANY mass shooters are female, it appears that Statistica tailored its definition of “mass shooting” in order to raise the white proportion from “nearly 50%” (Associated Press) to 68%. Yes, it looks like Statistica has an anti-white bias here.

I’ll also point out that the meme clearly deals with only one year: 2021, and counts 221 mass shootings for that one year. Obviously, the meme uses a radically different definition of “mass shooing” than does Statistica, so for the reporter to cite Statistica, in this context, makes no sense.

But getting back to the American Renaissance article, it raises a valid point. We shouldn’t be concerned ONLY with mass shootings; they account for a miniscule proportion of gun killings in the US. Meanwhile, blacks commit a MAJORITY of gun murders overall, hence the title of the American Renaissance article.

On another note, a few days ago, we read about a “random” black-on-Asian attack in Los Angeles. Here’s the attacker:

Now that the suspect, Tony Earl King, has been arrested, CNN has reported it in its usual way, by sanitizing the racial aspect of it. The article omits any photos of the suspect, and neglects to point out that he’s black.

However, the article does mention the race of the perpetrator when discussing the murder of an Asian man that happened nearly 40 years ago:

“Seeing an Asian man being beaten in Koreatown nearly 40 years to the day of the brutal murder of Vincent Chin is a sobering reminder of how anti-Asian violence continues on,” said Connie Chung Joe, who heads non-profit Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Los Angeles.

“Whether the police ultimately decides it has sufficient evidence to call this a hate crime or not, there’s no doubt that for our Asian American community, this is another example of the surge in violence and attacks against our community during this pandemic,” she said.

Chin, a Chinese American, was beaten to death in Detroit in 1982 by two White men who worked in the automotive industry during a time when the sector was facing economic decline due to Japanese competition. The pair didn’t spend a full day in jail for their crime.

So we see that CNN has no problem bringing up the race of perpetrators – as long as they happen to be white.

Since CNN brought up the issue of murderers walking free, now is a good time to point out that Mohamed Noor, who murdered Justine Damon in Minneapolis a few years ago, has been released from prison. He served less than five years. Noor was a police officer, and should have been held to higher standards because of this. Instead, he got off with a slap on the wrist.

My Thoughts on Roe Vs. Wade

I’ll preface with the usual “I’m not an expert” disclaimer. I’m neither an expert on pregnancy, abortion, Constitutional law or state laws – but I am an expert on my own opinions, which are based on what little I do know. So here they are:

Regarding the “right to abortion” itself, which I interpret as “the rights individuals have over their own bodies,” I think that women should have self-determination, a right to determine what happens to their own bodies. Of course, unborn babies also have rights, but as long as their existence is dependent upon their mothers (they are still physically attached to her), their rights should be subservient to the rights of the mother.

The mother’s right to terminate her pregnancy is limited due to the value of the baby’s life, and she should only be allowed to do so under certain circumstances. One of these circumstances is when the pregnancy is due to rape or incest. Another is if the baby is going to be severely deformed or disabled. If the woman’s health would be in jeopardy, this is another justification.

Therefore, I oppose Missouri Bill 126. It makes no provision for rape or incest, and a woman should not be forced to carry her rapist’s baby. Hopefully, Missouri will amend the bill soon.

As for the Supreme Court decision, it seems to me that the people who are most upset about it have little to no regard for the Constitution. The court’s job is to interpret the Constitution, and that’s what they did. Such decisions are the states’ responsibility. Generally speaking, leftists favor centralized government, and they’re absolutists. Everything must be the way they want it to be, and it must be so EVERYWHERE. Thus we see leftists striving to make everything Federal, and why they support One-World-Government. Communism and Islam are similar in this regard; they both seek world conquest, and this goal is inherent in both ideologies. Perhaps this is why so many leftists respect Islam – up to the point where they’re forced to battle each other.

I don’t agree with Missouri’s abortion law, or any other similar state laws, but there are 50 states Americans can choose to live in. If you’re an abortion advocate, then you might consider moving to California. If you can’t bear the thought of babies being torn to pieces for women’s convenience, then Missouri might be a good place for you.

Just as we should respect a woman’s autonomy over her own body, so too should we respect the right of conservatives to live their lives free from the dictates of the Leftist Elite. Women deserve self-determination, and so do conservatives. There are hundreds of millions of us in this country, and we’ll never agree on everything. The best thing we can do is to get out of each other’s way, and allow our various cultures to thrive.

Isn’t this the true meaning of “multiculturalism?”
